Sales Policy

ValuCycle maintains a friendly "no haggle" pricing policy on all merchandise. We sell at our advertised price, with no additional "junk" fees.

Georgia residents are required to pay sales tax on all purchases. Out-of-state customers are exempt from GA sales tax, but may be required to pay sales tax in their home state upon registration of their vehicle. Check with your local authorities.

Our insurance carrier does not allow test rides. However, after purchasing your new ValuCycle, you may perform a test ride. If you are displeased with the vehicle for any reason during your test ride, we will immediately refund your entire purchase amount. You must of course return the vehicle to ValuCycle in the same condition in which it left. If you are satisfied with the vehicle after the initial test ride, we will complete the title transfer procedure and that sale will be final.
ValuCycle does not accept personal or business checks. We gladly accept cash, bank checks (with verification), and most major credit cards. All merchandise must be paid for in full before leaving the premises.
There are no returns on electrical parts. A 30% restocking fee will apply on all returned special orders.
